Ash has been wonderful to work with for the last 10 years! He is always pleasant, patient, and very helpful, explaining anything that is unclear and providing reasonable explanations for services he is years! I took our vehicle into the dealership after talking to Melvin the day before, and was helped by Ash and Melvin, the next day who were both capable and very knowlegable. I also was helped out by Jerom Cabb Melvin the day before, and was helped by Ash and Melvin, the next day who were both capable and very knowlegable. I also was helped out by Jerom Cabbagestalk, who as always was very proffesional and curtious. I also stopped by and had an exceptional espresso at their coffee bar, and had a great talk with the lady that works there, while I waited for our car, which was done very quickly! I have nothing but praise for the staff at Land Rover Alexandria, and love how the dealership is so bright, as it really energizes you. That, along with the new car smell and the scent of quality leather! More

I had an excellent experience with the Service Department at Land Rover Alexandria. Kevin was the service advisor who assisted me, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire at Land Rover Alexandria. Kevin was the service advisor who assisted me, and he was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. He kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. I really appreciated his outstanding customer service and the care he showed throughout my visit.
