Ali is an awesome Tech and trained me on all my bells and whistles of my newly purchased 2026 RR Sport. He is very patient and knowledgeable with the RR products. He was accommodating whereas I can split m whistles of my newly purchased 2026 RR Sport. He is very patient and knowledgeable with the RR products. BUYER BEWARE. I have a 2023 Range Rover Sport that was rendered completely inoperable by the vehicle’s OWN security system. Both smart keys were deactivated simult I have a 2023 Range Rover Sport that was rendered completely inoperable by the vehicle’s OWN security system. Both smart keys were deactivated simultaneously with zero warning. When I contacted the dealer they immediately quoted me $3,000 for a new KVM module replacement. After I pushed back and contacted Land Rover corporate they suddenly dropped it to $640. My car is still under full factory warranty and this is a known design defect across all 2022+ Land Rover vehicles. They tried to take advantage of me and charge $3,000 for a software issue on a car that is still under warranty. Do not let them upsell you on expensive hardware replacements before attempting a software reactivation first. I have an open corporate case and BBB complaint filed. Land Rover needs to do better by their customers. Be aware and do your research before authorizing any repairs. More
