It was clearly a mistake. I was supposed to finish my course work and have an entirely different path, but I needed a car and met a manager at an Oldsmobile store who promised me a company car if I would take the right care of the customer. I was 20, and I've been helping match folks to cars ever since. The company car, Olds, and most of my hair are gone, but people still want a helpful ear when on the hunt for thier next ride. Since then I've been blessed with a lovely wife, 3 fantastic children, and a heap full of grace. We have a doberman named Piper we rescued Nov. of 2016, and are still involved with the rescue. We bounce from softball to wrestling to Special Olympics depending on which kid and what season. Customers ask all the time if I’m busy, and I assume they mean selling cars. There is an ebb and flow to how busy a showroom is, but with 3 kids we're always busy. We enjoy family, grilling, watching the kids grow and succeed, and occasionally making it to the lake.

Bought a 2009 Silverado I saw a used Silverado on Champion's website. Dealt with Andrea Goodwin throughout my buying experience. WOW! Andrea was sooo helpful the entire time. She is very personable and knowledgeable about the buying experience and the vehicle I was looking at. As a matter of fact, this was my second purchase at Champion. Both times I felt very comfortable both with the people and the business itself. No pressure. Friendly greeting. Whoever seeks out their vehicles knows what they're doing too. My first purchase was a 2007 HHR. It had very low mileage as did the Silverado I just bought. The HHR NEVER gave me any mechanical trouble. I pretty much expect the same with the Silverado. Of course the Silverado is way more complicated so the odds are something MIGHT go wrong. But I've heard from a few Silverado owners who swear by their vehicle. More

On July 19, a family member and I came to the dealership talked with Aaron, my friend also needed a new vehicle, Aaron listened to our needs and built lease contracts that fit both of our needs. The result is two extremely satisfied forever customers. Personally my car being totaled was a very traumatic experience, Aaron showed empathy and worked to get me into a vehicle that provides me with a sense of security and safety and I am very proud to own. All of the gentlemen I spoke with were very professional, polite, this would be of course Arron, Mike (Financial) Reggie, and Bill who wrapped up the sale. Huge thankyou to all. More

We have purchased several cars and trucks from Dugan Chevrolet and found that the the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff are a genuine trait of this dealership. The recent purchase we made was the purchase of a 2014 Malibu. When we got to the door of the showroom we were greeted by Aaron Glaze. We find this dealership to be quite professional in all aspects. There aren't salesmen out in front of the door smoking and waiting for their next customer. Dugan's service department is well staffed and we have no complaints about their service. If you are looking for a Chevrolet dealer that you would like to call yours and one that you would always go to to buy your cars or have your car/cars serviced then Dugan Chevrolet is that dealer. Wanted a new car but it wasn't in the budget. Aaron worked with us and got us a used car that was as good as new. We buy cars for the long haul (at least 150,000 miles). This was our fist purchase from Dugan Chevrolet and this just might be our preferred dealer from now on. Very personable and extremely connective. He made sure that the vehicle I chose made sense as well as satisfied my needs. I appreciate his help tremendously! He is an honest man, and I know that if I sent a friend here they would get the best deal possible. Friendliness: As I aforementioned, Everyone I talked to here seemed to have the biggest smiles on their faces, as did I. Although, probably for different reasons... but that is beside the point. Every employee asked me how my day was, how I was feeling about the process, and made it as comfortable as possible. Price: I searched around for about a week on the internet as well as driving past some dealerships near my workplace, and I found that Dugan had the lowest prices on the 2013 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ including the RS Package. Most other dealers had their cars listed at $26,000 - $29,000. I purchased mine, with a $1500 rebate that I am very thankful for, for a total of about $23,000. Overall Experience: I enjoyed my time here at Dugan Chevrolet. It was an extremely welcoming and comfortable place to be. If I had to have a "knock" of it I would have to say that spending 8 hours of my day here was not my original plan. Other than the amount of time I spent, I am very pleased with the vehicle I chose, and now own! Pinch me, I'm dreaming! More

I have to admit that I am a reluctant car shopper. My husband typically does all of the legwork and then I will come in and sign the paperwork. We were not in a situation where we needed a new vehicle. But if the deal was right, I was open to getting something new. We were looking at either a new Tahoe LTZ or a Yukon Denali. My experience at Dugan was far different than what I have previously experienced at other dealers. First off, the dealership itself has a very relaxed atmosphere. You can get out of your car without being swarmed by sales people. Aaron Glaze was our salesman. His approach is relaxed, friendly and non-aggressive which immediately put me at ease. He is very knowledgeable, 17 years in car sales, and is willing to take a lot of time to explain options, etc. The negotiation on the value of our trade took less than 15 minutes and we were very satisfied with the value we settled on. We were also eligible for for a GM discount through my father-in-law but he was retired and was not sure about how to get the authorization number. Aaron walked us through the process and we were able to get the authorization online. Aaron took care of a lot of the leg work before we returned to the dealer to minimize the amount of time we had to spend there. When we returned to finalize our purchase, Aaron was out wiping off the vehicle and making sure it looked perfect. We got right in to Rusty Lasley, the finance guy. He also has a friendly, relaxed manner. I asked a lot of questions about the various charges and documents that I was signing. He was happy to answer all of my questions. There are a lot of add ons the auto finance industry offers. Rusty presented the options along with the pros and cons of each and let us decide what, if any, would be a smart buy for us. There was no pressure there. Also, the car had pinstripes that I did not like. Aaron had them removed and Rusty refunded the cost back to us. Aaron finished up by giving us a tour of the service department and giving us a coupon for our first service for free. He also paired my cellphone and showed me how to use the Bluetooth technology. I think in total we spent less than 2 hours at the dealership. We were by no means rushed and I felt like both Aaron and Rusty would have spent whatever time we required. It was their level of efficiency that made the process go so quickly. I would definitely use Dugan and Aaron again and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. More
