It was clearly a mistake. I was supposed to finish my course work and have an entirely different path, but I needed a car and met a manager at an Oldsmobile store who promised me a company car if I would take the right care of the customer. I was 20, and I've been helping match folks to cars ever since. The company car, Olds, and most of my hair are gone, but people still want a helpful ear when on the hunt for thier next ride. Since then I've been blessed with a lovely wife, 3 fantastic children, and a heap full of grace. We have a doberman named Piper we rescued Nov. of 2016, and are still involved with the rescue. We bounce from softball to wrestling to Special Olympics depending on which kid and what season. Customers ask all the time if I’m busy, and I assume they mean selling cars. There is an ebb and flow to how busy a showroom is, but with 3 kids we're always busy. We enjoy family, grilling, watching the kids grow and succeed, and occasionally making it to the lake.

This SUV purchase was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It started several months ago when I was just curious about what was available. Sydney Brown started this whole process and she was have ever had. It started several months ago when I was just curious about what was available. Sydney Brown started this whole process and she was the sweetest, kindest, knowledgeable sales person I have worked with. When that visit didn't quite check off all the requests, she never stopped working to find that match. A couple months after the initial visit, she text me to let me know that she thought she found the right match. I went in and started the process of purchasing. It had to be ordered/or was coming, so the wait began. Right before my Equinox came in she received a promotion and so I started the rest of the journey with Steve Rettig. I must admit I was apprehensive because Sydney was such a sweetheart, but it was so unfounded. Steve even came in on his day off to take care of me. The paperwork I always dread was so smooth and quick, I was totally shocked. So much easier than in the past, so Thank you Aaron Glaze for assisting me in that process. Very helpful and nice Brad Korby has kept me in the loop and helped me set up times to come in. Very nice I'm not aware of the names of all the others that have been so nice and offered assistance. I saw people up at the front that I know worked on this also and I thank them but don't know their names. I hope I get this correct, I believe Cindy Murat assisted in part of my purchase experience. Very nice lady and helpful Totally the best experience ever. And most of all, love, love, love my new Equinox Thank you everyone!!!!!! More

The complete transaction from start to finish was first rate. I was updated every few days on progress of delivery. Upon delivery, paperwork was completed in under an hour.
