His level of customer service is something that I honestly have never seen before. From the initial quote of the car I wanted to tracking an exact inbound 2015 Ice Silver Legacy 3.6R (only one of two in the entire Northwest), to dealing with the 3 week delay (out of his control -- it was due to construction at the port/distribution location), Aaron was always there for me to provide status updates. No matter the day or time, Aaron was available to answer my questions. He even took time on his days off to assist me, that is simply incredible. I want to thank Aaron for his professionalism and overall support and service throughout this transaction. Thanks to him I am a new happy and completely satisfied Subaru owner, and even after the deal was complete, he has made himself available to answer my questions and point me in the right direction since I live 300 miles away. Aaron went above and beyond the extra mile to coordinate the shipment of my car and everything logistical and I truly appreciate his service. Like I said, I can go on and on, but words can't truly describe how helpful he has been for me over these past 1-2 months. If you are interested in a Subaru and are open to working with the Spokane location regardless of where you live (I live in Seattle which as mentioned is 300 miles away), I wholeheartedly recommend working with Aaron Hauer, who will take care of you as a customer. They were all professional, friendly and helpful. Never once did I feel pressured. I wasn't very well prepared to actually purchase a car that day (didn't bring my financial info), and in hindsight I probably should have just sold my 2009 Forester XT by myself instead of trading it in. With that said, I felt I got a fair deal and I'm very happy with my purchase - no regrets. Love, love, love my new Forester!!! Pricing was straight forward and there was no pressure or normal car buying ambiguity. Financing was also straight forward as well. All in all, I'm very happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend this sales rep and this dealership. More
