Painless I hate car shopping. I don't trust car salesmen. All of the sales people at Kia Paramount were helpful as you would expect car salesmen to be. The dif I hate car shopping. The difference was that after I told them what I wanted to pay monthly, they were very frank about what my options were in order to get the vehicle I wanted. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or was not in my budget. I decided to lease a vehicle. They remained positive and helpful through some unforeseen difficulties in accessing my credit rating at the end of the day. I went back 2 days later to finish the paperwork which was quick. I received a call from the service dept later that evening to set up my first oil change 5 months from now! I like that! I would not hesitate to do business with them again and definitely recommend them. More

All of my questions and concerns were answered and addressed in a timely manner. Many times I would stop the process because I didn't understand something that was stated or shown to me. Each person would patiently explain it to where I understood. I was not going to buy a new vehicle, but after sitting down and discussing monthly payments, the better deal for me was a new vehicle. I am very happy with the service I received, the final deal I got on the vehicle, and my daughter is ecstatic with her new Kia Soul. P.S. I do not give 5 stars to many. So when you see 4 stars, know that is a high rating coming from me. There is always room for improvement. More
