My 200 had the transmission problem and was in the shop several I've purchased 5 cars from Tyson over 5 years. The after-the-sale service is terrific. My 200 had the transmission problem and was in the shop several times for software updates/re-flashes. Each time, they put me in a loaner car to minimize the inconvenience. Our experience has been so good that my daughter purchased a 2019 Cherokee from them recently as well. I'm a happy 5-time customer and as long as my experience remains as good as it has, I will continue to be a repeat customer. More

Coming in to pick out my new Jeep was the second time I was there and I couldn't be happier. John was wonderful and took time out of his day to answer all the questions I had even when I wasn't ready to buy my new Jeep. He walked me through the whole with this being my first new car, even with my father being there to help, he was great and answered every question we had. Everyone made me feel as if I mattered and I wasn't just a number or a sale to them. JP was amazing and helped out with figuring the odds and ends of financing a car.
