Exceptional Car Buying Experience! My wife and I had been looking for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude for several weeks and hadn't had much luck finding anything in stock at the dealershi My wife and I had been looking for a 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude for several weeks and hadn't had much luck finding anything in stock at the dealerships we had visited in our local area. We decided to run up North on a Sunday afternoon to check out some suburban Chicago dealers inventories. Tyson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram Trucks was our last stop and I've got to tell you we almost got tired of walking the lot looking through their inventory of 2017 Jeep Cherokees. The had over 100 in stock and 3 that matched up perfectly with what we were looking for. We took note of the VIN # for the Cherokee Latitude we were most interested in and emailed them that same evening through their website. On Monday morning I received a couple emails (One from Aaron Lang and one from Jason Beltran) as well as a phone call from Jason inviting us to travel up to the dealership and meet with him so that he could attempt to earn our business. I set up an appointment and my wife and I took the trip up to the dealership that following Wednesday. First off, I've got to admit that we were a little skeptical that the dealership pricing and discounts we saw online for the car we picked out would actually prove to hold true once we got there. Been THERE, done THAT with LOTS of new car dealership experiences over the years...but NOT this time! Jason immediately put us both at ease with the most friendly, knowledgeable, stress-free, no-pressure sales experience we have ever had. He went out of his way to make us comfortable with every aspect of the sales experience and he was totally respectful and courteous every step of the way. After a test drive we confirmed that the Cherokee we picked out was still the one we wanted and sat down to talk details. To make this long story a bit shorter, we ended up trading in our 2013 Ford Escape and driving home in a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee Latitude the same day. The best part was that it was equipped exactly as we would have ordered it from the factory and at an absolutely OUTSTANDING price with the factory incentives combined with Tysons deep discount! They even threw in a set of Jeep molded splash guards too after I asked them to! And I've also got to mention Travis Robertson who took care of the post sale financing...he has one of those great "one of a kind" personalities and was quite interesting/fun to deal with - we'd like to highly recommend Travis to all as well! After our experience with Tyson Motor Corp. we certainly can say we have a lot of respect for the way Jason and the other folks at this dealership took care of my wife and I. They worked hard to earn our trust and business and were totally honest every step of the way. No surprises, no tricks, no high-pressure sales tactics and the resulting stress you experience at most dealerships. Wouldn't believe it if we hadn't experienced it first hand! More

Best Jeep Dealer! I had a Jeep Cherokee but wanted to trade it in for a Patriot. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep had contacted me, so I went there and at first things we I had a Jeep Cherokee but wanted to trade it in for a Patriot. DuPage Chrysler Dodge and Jeep had contacted me, so I went there and at first things were going good until financing became an issue. They didnt try to get me what I needed and then the sales person got real cold. He wouldn't even help us find my car after they looked at it for the trade in. So we left. We decided to just pop in to the dealership I bought my Cherokee. This where I met salesman Rex. Super friendly guy. He listened to what I was looking for and what my situation was. He also answered my friend's questions regarding the Renegade. Once we got down to the financing and things got tough, Rex didnt give up. He spoke with Aaron, the manager and they both worked hard to find a deal that would work. They pulled out all the stops, didn't give up and were so incredibly NICE through the whole thing!!!! They got me into the Patriot I wanted at the payment I needed. I will never shop anywhere else for a Jeep. Oh, and my friend who asked about the Renegade, yep, she bought it from them. What a great experience we had at Tyson Motors! More

Simply The Best Price From A Large Dealership I had not purchased a new car for many years. After keeping my son, daughter, and wife in vehicles for over thirty years, it was finally time for me t I had not purchased a new car for many years. After keeping my son, daughter, and wife in vehicles for over thirty years, it was finally time for me to replace my most recent hand-me-down vehicle. It had over 265k miles on it. I went on the hunt for a new 2017 Jeep Wrangler. I called dozens of dealerships throughout Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. After researching extensively what I was going to buy, and trying all of the local dealerships in our area, I found Tyson Motors in Schaumburg. I immediately recognized the difference with this dealership just talking with Bob Adams over the phone. I researched diligently every day for over three weeks before I found Tyson Motors and Bob Adams. Bob went out of his way to locate the vehicle that I was looking for and patiently worked out a deal that saved me several thousand dollars. I mean it when I say that the price I received from Tyson Motors was far better than any other dealership I had spoken with was willing to provide. I was really trying to buy my new Jeep, but I would have kept looking if the customer service had not met my expectation. I purchased my Jeep Wrangler sight unseen via a text message from Mr. Adams confident that I would in no way be disappointed, and I was completely satisfied. You can rely on this dealership. It took us a day to drive up to pick up my new Jeep, but the savings was well worth it. I trust Bob and Tyson Motors, I and my entire family will buy from them again. More

Tim treated me great let me drive two jeeps to compare them. He was honest and fair with me. I also met Aaron Lang who made this deal happen for me .I have to say after being to 3 dealers and had bad experiences with all of them I just couldn't believe that things went so well, it really caught me off guard. I was treated with respect and new the deal that they promised me and they delivered.I can say I'm 54 years old have bought many cars from dealers this was on the top of my list. I would recomend these guy to anyone who is tired of being lied to and just wants a fair deal.. thank you tyson for training your staff so well. More

I did not purchase the vehicle the evening I dealt with Tim, but it wasn't because of anything he did wrong. He was not there the following day, the day that I purchased, so that is when J.R. took over. J.R. was also very nice, and very personable. He was fast at getting everything taken care of, and he also took his time showing me all the ins and outs of the Jeep! Aaron was the person who negotiated the deal with me, and he was excellent! I do not appreciate when people that work in the position Aaron works in, use the bullying affect, and Aaron did not do that at all. He was very friendly, and he essentially was the deciding factor in me purchasing the vehicle. I would definitely recommend friends and family to everyone I dealt with at Tyson! More
