I Called the customer service manager Tony in regards to the warranty. Tony did not want to be bothered and did not answer my question. Tony was rude and did not let me finish a sentence. I was treated with respect from the first interaction in the sales department. The sales staff and managers worked hard for my sale, but treated me respectfully the entire process. Sometimes that's more important than the purchase itself. I loved the vehicle and was content with my trade-in offer. My issue, keeping me from buying, was the extended warranty. Aaron, the general manager, wanted to earn my business & put a generous offer together. It worked out well and I purchased the Ram truck. I recommend this dealership for purchasing a vehicle. The service department is top-notch as well. More
