Quick, awesome, and easy! So... I found the vehicle on Autotrader and requested to see the vehicle. I quickly received a response from John Campbell. I arrived at Chris Nikel a So... I arrived at Chris Nikel and was immediately greeted by the manager and my freakingly amazing car salesman Cale Kirtley! Took the car out for a test drive and I loved it. Cale, John, and Mr. A A Ron the finance guy made the process smooth and had a very pleasant experience. After the financing was situated, I walked out and saw Cale cleaning the outside of my car bc the car wash was temporarily out of service. I’m very impressed with all their customer service and I feel they all went above and beyond! More

Fast, easy, great price the first time I was in the market for a specific Rubicon and I went to several dealers. All of them made me wait around, gave me outrageous prices for a build to or I was in the market for a specific Rubicon and I went to several dealers. All of them made me wait around, gave me outrageous prices for a build to order and generally made it hard. I went to Chris Nickels and they checked to make sure my specific vehicle didn't exist, when they couldn't find one they went and got a build price which was the same as what was on the lot (only with all my options) and 20 minutes later I was done. Ordered an ready to go. They were polite, helpful, patient and nothing like the other dealers. Hands down best buying experience I have ever had. In fact I spent less time at the dealer from start to finish after picking it up then I did at the first dealer who was "talking to his manager about building one for me" The price they gave me was exactly what I paid in the end. No fees, paperwork, BS or anything. Great dealer, great experience, I will absolutely go back! I love my new Rubicon! More
