After I decided on a vehicle, George, the service manage, evaluated my trade-in right away and gave me an offer I couldn’t refuse. However, I decided to take a day to think about the purchase. When I decided to move forward, I called Aaron and made an appointment for the next day. When I arrived, my new car was waiting for me at the front door. All washed, shined, and ready to go. The business office took me in right away and conducted a pressure-free closing. All and all, this was a really great experience. The staff was very friendly professional. This was actually my second purchase from this dealership. I’m sure I’ll be back again! More

I had a great experience with Dave Syverson Auto Center! I live in Minneapolis and found my vehicle on line, but being old school, I actually wanted to see it in person and test drive it! They offered to drive it all the way to me to check out... It worked for me to meet halfway, after work, to do the test drive. I had been disappointed by 2 other dealers I had test drive appointments scheduled with and they sold the car before I had a chance to see it! This was the third Honda CRV I had lined up to look at and asked if I needed to put some kind of deposit down so I could at least see the car so it didn't get sold out from under me... My salesperson was Aaron and he assured me that my interest in it and the appointment for the test drive was sufficient to hold it for me! What a relief! I did want to buy the car but knew I wasn't in an ideal spot to get a good car loan at this time, but tried my two credit unions. One of them was a no... The other wasn't able to come up with good terms... Jake was the finance person at Dave Syverson... He said they work with 29 lenders and he would love the opportunity to help me out... Well he found me a lender with terms I could work with and better than my Credit Union could offer at this time! The after purchase things they cover in the first year are pretty awesome too... If something breaks down or wears out in the first year... They got your back on that. Makes a person feel pretty confident in the purchase decision! I'd look for another car purchase through Dave Syverson Auto Center in a heartbeat! More
