I worked with Sean Fortin in getting some beginning questions answered who then put me in contact with Aaron Miguel and we reached quite the deal! They were able to get me out of my upside-down trade and get me into what I would call a luxury vehicle (the latest Odyssey with quite the new upgrades)!!! Sean/Aaron were so awesome to work with and we reached a deal remotely without ever seeing the vehicle!!! They are just great at what they do!!! Even though they didn’t have one available on their lot, next day they had one to me they found elsewhere with all the bells/whistles/colors we wanted! Aaron trained me on all the new features and man can I say, Honda didn’t disappoint this time. I cannot get over just how luxurious this vehicle is this time around. Blake Pelland and Kyle Ruser helped me with crunching all the numbers and drawing up all the paperwork, made my life a breeze!!! Sean Fortin did a great job of explaining the pricing on the vehicle, and also spent as much time as we needed to talk through the process until we were comfortable making a decision. Our whole experience at Zimmerman's was professional, trustworthy, and fair on pricing. This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Aaron, and it won't be the last! 100 miles out of my way is worth it I was buying a vehicle that was difficult to find. I called dealerships in 6 different states only to learn that they were marking up the new Civic T I was buying a vehicle that was difficult to find. I called dealerships in 6 different states only to learn that they were marking up the new Civic Type R $10,000 plus ABOVE the MSRP. Other dealers wouldn't entertain a waiting list for the car and were more interested in having bidding wars. Zimmerman Honda treated me fairly and honestly. They created a waiting list for the car, accepting a modest no obligation deposit, and agreed that it is against their own policy to sell a vehicle over MSRP. I was able to get the car of my dreams at a fair price with no hassle. Special thanks to my sales representative Aaron Miguel for all of his help. If you don't already have a personal relationship with a sales representative at Zimmerman Honda, I definitely recommend asking for Aaron Miguel. He was patient and available to answer all of my questions. Aaron doesn't engage in pressure tactics and he made the car buying experience stress free. Despite the fact that I live 100 miles away, it was well worth the drive. After this experience I am likely to buy ALL of my future cars through Zimmerman Honda in Moline. More
