It was a pleasure working with Audrey to purchase the used 2011 Honda Accord. Accommodating from the initial greeting to the end of the purchase. I had a tight schedule on the Halloween Saturday, wantin used 2011 Honda Accord. Accommodating from the initial greeting to the end of the purchase. I had a tight schedule on the Halloween Saturday, wanting to test drive as many of the cars that I had selected to look at over a 3 week period. I told her about wanting to look at multiple cars at a few dealerships and she readied the Accord as if she knew I would be back. This is the 3rd Honda we have bought in the last few years from Ed Martin dealerships, and we have found you to be fair and up front about the cars we have wanted to see. High marks from us to you! Ed Martin Acura's Finance Manager, Aaron Smith was extremely misleading when trying to sell the gap insurance and extended warranty. Mr. Smith did not display the integrity of other members of the Ed extremely misleading when trying to sell the gap insurance and extended warranty. I do not feel he would behave the way he was acting if the owners of the dealership had been in the room. He actually said he was throwing in a FREE engine repair with a warranty and wrote that down with a star. More

Very friendly staff and amazing service! Dennis was wonderful and very understanding who listened to us and did not pressure us into anything we did not want.
