Leased a new car this week. Very happy with each and every person I encountered during the experience. Luis was my salesperson. Was easy to talk to and worked with me. A number of people stopped by the desk to introduce themselves. Then I never saw them again. Not sure what the point of that was. But the people that worked with me one on one, all were top notch. I have been going to their servicer department for years. Always use John Higgins. He is very attentive to my needs, and more importantly, the needs of the car. More
