Car buying is not our favorite thing and this is the first time we have leased a vehicle. She explained everything and answered all our questions. After the signing, she took me out and ran through the essentials, but let me know I would have much more training available from her if I wanted it. When I got home I had a really nice e-mail reiterating that same message, inviting me to come in as soon as I can. So far I haven't taken her up on that, but will next week. On a scale of 1-10 I'd rate her a 10. I also have close friend who has Abby as her contact, as well and she loves her too!! Nice coincidence. More
