He was super responsive, and I felt confident that the issue would be resolved. He helped me coordinate attempting to get the vehicle fixed in my hometown, and when that didn’t work, coordinated the repair back at the dealership. The service team was able to resolve an issue in two hours that another dealership attempted on three different occasions. I would highly recommend the whole team at Luther. More
