Couldn’t have been a better experience! Super customer service - no pressure. Went into look knowing I liked the Acura - came out with new keys🤭 and car! Could have prepared more for trade in but in the end we got what we wanted and someone will get a nice Escape as I never had a single problem with it-just wanted a little more luxury and sportiness.
