Some Initial Confusion Lead To VERY Happy Customers My wife and I weren't planning on buying a car that Saturday, BUT we were offered a very generous amount on our trade in ('09 WRX Hatchback), plus the My wife and I weren't planning on buying a car that Saturday, BUT we were offered a very generous amount on our trade in ('09 WRX Hatchback), plus the model that we wanted was in stock and available. So after some negotiating, we decided to go for it and buy a new vehicle! There was a bit of confusion after we signed the paperwork in regards to a down payment and our trade-in, but the team at Gerald worked with us, re-worked the numbers and ended up giving up even more for our trade in than originally agreed to. Abid was great and followed up with us a couple times since the purchase to make sure everything was good, or if we had any questions. More

He let me know when I was ready to buy that I should contact him. Abid was filling in while Jeff was attending to another customer matter. Overall solid experience I'm basing this off of experiences at two different dealers where we've purchased Subarus in the last 4 years. Overall, both experiences were very so I'm basing this off of experiences at two different dealers where we've purchased Subarus in the last 4 years. Overall, both experiences were very solid where we felt taken care of during the buying process to get the paperwork completed as efficiently as possible. However, Gerald Subaru, while kind, were noticeably pushier than previous experience and were incredibly assumptive on warranty add ons compared to a previous experience where it was more educational (we still made purchases due to our needs). If you know exactly what you are looking for, these guys will get you in an out quickly without any hiccups. They also have a lifetime powertrain warranty which is a huge selling point for us. We would consider purchasing from Gerald again. More
