Outstanding Service I was looking for a Ford Explorer and had been to several other dealerships in the Plattsburgh area and not one would get me what I was looking for in I was looking for a Ford Explorer and had been to several other dealerships in the Plattsburgh area and not one would get me what I was looking for in terms of budget. I had heard from friends that Heritage was easy to work with so I contacted them via the website and was intrigued enough to venture across the lake. They had a vehicle on the lot that met my needs and Andrew along with the finance manager were able to work it into my budget and I was driving it home the same day. My husband and I were so happy with the service that he returned later that week to purchase a new F-150 from Andrew. We will definitely be making future purchases from Heritage Ford! More

I decided to cross Lake Champlain and visit Heritage, upon arriving I was greeted by Brett Bush. We were able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with, and within an hour and a half I was in Abby’s office singing the papers. A week and half later, I receive the paper work so I could transfer the registration from my old car to the truck. Everything I needed was included even the DMV forms for NY already filled out, I just had to sign them. Fantastic A+++ More

Hassle Free Process I went to Heritage Ford to start the process of replacing my 13 year old Focus. I really did not want to replace it. I decided I liked the Ford Fiesta I went to Heritage Ford to start the process of replacing my 13 year old Focus. I really did not want to replace it. I decided I liked the Ford Fiesta and after my test drive I was convinced. The only problem was I wanted a ruby red one with a few extras. Andrew was great he found the red Fiesta at another dealership and once it arrived at Heritage I had my new car. I couldn't be happier. I wish all the previous cars I bought went so smoothly. Abby in Finance made the paper work extremely easy and informative. I would recommend them both to people I know. More

Great experience! We are a Mom and Pop (seriously just the two of us!) landscaping business so when our old dump truck gave up in early May we were in a world of hurt We are a Mom and Pop (seriously just the two of us!) landscaping business so when our old dump truck gave up in early May we were in a world of hurt!! BUT Heritage had two 2015 F550's Diesels on the lot and outfitted and ready for work! Our truck gave out on Tuesday and Melvin had us back in business with a new truck on Wednesday! We picked our new truck up at 4 pm and delivered a load of compost to our client right on schedule! More
