Abi is the BEST! Nothing but good things to say about this place: everyone involved in the purchase of my new car was extremely helpful and nice. Abi had previously sold us a car and when our second one broke down we went to him to help us get into another new one. He is the best and makes you feel so important every time you see him. Very good Dealership was very good for new purchase, however we needed to call for items that we purchased to see if they were in, turns out there was miscommun Dealership was very good for new purchase, however we needed to call for items that we purchased to see if they were in, turns out there was miscommunication between sales and parts the day of the sale and our parts were never ordered. We also had to call for our plates to see if they had arrived, they had. We had noticed the detailing the day of the sale left some glue on the vehicle, we had to bring it back to be removed. We are still waiting for a part we ordered at the sale, 4 weeks ago, we we're supposed to get it in 10 days. More

Not bad! Very helpful staff, catered to me like I was the king of the world. Got inside the pathfinder and was blown away by the cleanliness of the truck. My only issue is the windshield.. Has a golf ball sized crack in it. Dealership claims it wasn't there at the time of purchase. Other than that. Good job. Jennifer is the best! Awesome at her job, professional, kind and she's just a great person! More

2018 Mazda CX-9 at Luther I compared Highlander and CX-9 for almost 5 months. Both great vehicle but CX-9 won in terms of the looks inside out. Disappointed In starting our this review, I just want to say that Abiola was AWESOME! I feel he went above and beyond to make sure my fiance and I were taken care In starting our this review, I just want to say that Abiola was AWESOME! I feel he went above and beyond to make sure my fiance and I were taken care of. Aside from that, I have to say the experience was not as I expected. My fiance and I went to look at cars on a Saturday afternoon. Sean was the salesman who greeted us. I have to say the experience started off like any other and was pleasant. As the car buying experience unfolded further, I felt very pressured by Sean. There was a chance I was going to sell my car to my brother, and rather than being respecting that decision, Sean continued to talk negatively against the idea and told me how bad it would be. Secondly, my fiance and I had a few errands to run, so we asked if we would be able to run to target quickly and return with a final decision. Upon asking Sean, he basically said that if we didn't act on the offer now, it wouldn't stand if we returned later. Lastly, a while back, my accounts were hacked, so I had to put a credit freeze on my name and information. While trying to run my credit, they were unable to due to the freeze, so Sean came back to inform me of this. Rather than being understanding about the whole situation, he seemed annoyed and like we wasted his time and brushed us off to another sales employee (Abiola), since we would have to come back Monday to finish the sale and he would be out of town. I do have to say, had Abiola not come into the picture, I don't think we would have continued with the car buying process. The second employee who I wanted to voice concern on was Matthew Sobotta in finance. I felt very pressured my Matthew as well, and I felt like he tried to use intimidation tactics in order to get me to purchase an extended warranty plan. My fiance and I voice to Matthew that although the extended warranty sounded like a good thing, we did not want to purse that option. Matthew continued on to ask us questions as to why we weren't going to opt for the extended plan, even after we had already said no. I felt his inquiry was very unprofessional. At one point we were asked what we would do if we got in an accident and we voiced we had savings in place to which Matthew responded that savings is for fun things like vacations and trips. After finally coming to terms with the fact that we were not going to buy the extended warranty, Matthew's warm welcoming personality was gone, and my fiance and I felt we were treated as if we did something wrong and were in trouble. Lastly, something went wrong with the initial paperwork I had signed, so I needed to resign things. I received a text from Abiola informing me something went wrong on the finance manager's end and he would meet me to sign the paperwork (so great of him! :), however I received no phone call or information from the finance manager telling me what exactly went wrong why I needed to resign all the previous days documents. Overall, I would not recommend this dealership to a friend. In hindsight, I should have asked to speak to the manager, but I had felt some uncomfortable with the previous interactions, I wanted to hightail it out of there as soon as possible. I cannot stress enough Abiola was wonderful, it was Matthew and Sean who made the experience so unpleasant. More

All employees were friendly and helpful! I had a great experience with the dealership. The sales person was very friendly and the General Manager took the time to check on us. My sister and I had a great experience with the dealership. The sales person was very friendly and the General Manager took the time to check on us. My sister and I both bought cars and I would recommend the dealership. There was one thing that I feel like was a little unprofessional which was the sales persons comments when it came to the buying process. He kept saying things like, "can we just shake on this" or "I don't want to lose this sale." It was a little uncomfortable and I feel like my sister was pressured into buying. My experience was awesome, but I feel like my sister was pressured more in her situation. More
