Just went over the course technology with me at delivery, he was thorough and excellent! The dealership is terrific, with a great selection in stock. I appreciated some unexpected perks, such as the additional oil changes, over and above the Volvo-covered maintenance program. I highly recommend Smythe! More

After a quick response to my initial message they were happy to negotiate via email, once we'd agreed on price I booked a third party inspection and with everything as described paid a small refundable deposit. A couple of days later I was greeted by Kyle and given a quick, but thorough, introduction to the car, followed by a full run through of the tech from Jeffrey - who was able to answer all my questions in jargon free language. Happy to complete the purchase I met with Abood in finance who was able to explain all the options available, again in an informative, jargon free manner. In total I spent only an hour at the dealership before driving home in my new car! More

Smythe Volvo was a pleasure to do business with! This is my first Volvo that I found online after doing months of research. I knew exactly what I wanted and found it 1 hour and 40 minutes away. Wit This is my first Volvo that I found online after doing months of research. I knew exactly what I wanted and found it 1 hour and 40 minutes away. With my very busy work schedule, I only had 1 day to visit this dealership. Kyle helped me over the phone with all of the details on the car, loan application and scheduling the delivery. When I arrived to pick up my car it was exactly what Kyle said. Jeffrey spent about an hour with me setting up all of the apps and showing me how the car works. Abood made the paperwork process painless and precise. This is one of the smoothest transactions I have ever done while receiving top notch customer service! I highly recommend Smythe Volvo to anyone looking for a car. I will definitely be a returning customer when it’s time for my next Volvo! More
