My husband and I bought our first Volvo in December of 2020 and had such a positive experience start to finish. When it came time to replace another one of our cars, we did not hesitate to return to Volvo Cars Silver Spring and call on Mabel and Eddie for help again. The two of them really went above and beyond to help us purchase our second SUV despite my challenging schedule. Two months after our purchase, I had the bad luck of driving over a nail and puncturing a tire so I brought it in for service and had another great experience thanks to Tanner's kindness. Every person we have interacted with at the dealership has been friendly and genuinely thoughtful. We are so thankful that we found Volvo Cars Silver Spring! Even now when we walk into the dealership, Mabel and Eddie recognize us and refer to us by name. More

The staff at Volvo Cars Silver Spring is professional, knowledgeable, attentive and not aggressive. The Sales Consultant Mabel Matos listened carefully to what I was shopping for and alerted me when it became available. I met with her, test drove the vehicle while she provided me with details on the performance and features of the car. I later met with the Manager, Eddie Reyes and Abraham Blandon the F&I Manager. There wasn't any high pressure sales tactics and I was given time to think over my decision as I had requested. The manner in which the team conducted business was greatly appreciated and I recommend the team and a visit to this particular dealership. My vehicle is beautiful and I LOVE IT!
