Thomas Lipscomb and Abraham Cisneros were absolutely wonderful! We were treated as if we were old friends and felt comfortable the entire time. They did a nice job explaining all the features of the veh wonderful! We were treated as if we were old friends and felt comfortable the entire time. They did a nice job explaining all the features of the vehicle to me and my wife and made my wife feel comfortable too. During the test drive, Abraham pointed out all the different safety features and the differences between models and different year of car. Completely stress free! More

Another seamless car shopping / buying experience with the team at Patt Lobb Toyota in McKinney. We were in the market for a dependable pre-owned vehicle for our teenage son, and after looking online at s the team at Patt Lobb Toyota in McKinney. We were in the market for a dependable pre-owned vehicle for our teenage son, and after looking online at several other dealerships in the DFW metroplex we ultimately found 2-3 viable options for us here. The sales team of Abe C. and Thomas L. were very up front and honest with us about the pricing / financing options and made it a great buying experience for us.
