always come to dealership because I trust them to do a great job I was told my car's radiator was caput and lower hose and clamp needed replacement too. this time however, I declined and went to anothe great job I was told my car's radiator was caput and lower hose and clamp needed replacement too. this time however, I declined and went to another mechanic for second opinion was told " absolutely nothing wrong with the radiator, and clamp holding hose seemed to be loose and leaking coolant, I saved 1500 getting this second opinion" My trust in this dealership has been effected to say the least Caution ! I realize this is a busy dealership but im left wondering now if mechanics , advisors getting extra money for drumming up phantom repairs? I say the advisor too, because he warned me my car could overheat if I didnt do the repairs asap. More

Wife and I decided to purchase a certified used car though Acton Toyota and pay a couple thousand more than buying thru a private party because we thought it made more sense being that their supposed t though Acton Toyota and pay a couple thousand more than buying thru a private party because we thought it made more sense being that their supposed to go through the entire vehicle to make sure it’s a great car. Unfortunately, a few days after we bought it we took it to the car wash and immediately after being washed you could see about 30 plus chip marks on the front end. Another words, it’s as if they took a magic marker and filled in all the chip marks so that the paint looked in perfect condition. Then, about 3 days after we bought it the brakes started squealing so we took it by our usual mechanic and he said they installed the cheapest brake pads on the market and also the rotors needed replacing. Then a couple days after that the radio stopped working. We brought this to their attention and they had us bring it in for their mechanics to look at and of course they came uo with some song & dance that the 5 year extended warranty we paid thousands extra for didn’t cover any of the issues. Also, the tires are the cheapest junkiest tires you can buy so it’s absolutely horrible in the snow even though it’s an all wheel drive. In fact, our compact 2 wheel drive Chevy Sonic is ten times better in the snow. We actually won’t even drive it in the snow because it’s so bad because of the horrific tires they put on it. Needles to say, we will never buy a vehicle from them EVER AGAIN!! In fact we’re trying to warn everyone not to buy from them. They completely lied to us and especially about thev 5 year extended warranty thats absolutely useless. We’re absolutely furious with them. We paid thousands more with the expectation that it would be a better car, especially since its a a“certified” pre owned vehicle. Once they sell you the car they could care less about helping you and instead they give you the run around and absurd excuses as to why their not responsible for anything after the sell. I gave them one star but they don’t even come close to deserving even a one star. Please please please don’t ever buy a vehicle through Acton Toyota. It’s been the worst car buying experience I’ve had in over 30 years. Their just nothing but liars. More

STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM ACTON TOYOTA! !! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Acton Toyota of Littleton is as crooked, FRAUDULENT and corrupt as it gets!!! I received the following alerts on my 2 !! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! Acton Toyota of Littleton is as crooked, FRAUDULENT and corrupt as it gets!!! I received the following alerts on my 2023 Camry with 31k miles. Error on my instrument panel has these messages: 1. Power Steering Malfunction 2. Steering Power Low 3. Pre-Collision System Malfunction 4. Lane Trace Assist Malfunction. Vehicle is under bumper-to-bumper warranty, or at least that is what my Toyota Owners Manual tells me and what Toyota North America tells all customers. However, Acton Toyota of Little decided to cash in BIG. Diagnosis estimate for customer to pay reads as follows: 1. TEK06040301 - Steering Gear Box Assembly Remove and Replace = $3,695.79 (Customer Pay) 2. 4ALIGN - 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT TO YOUR VEHICLE'S SPECIFICATION = $166.95 (Customer Pay). RO#: 26820, Tag#: 928, Technician: 407, Service Advisor: Gage Garcia. Reason provided me for the diagnosis was that a mouse chewed the Steering Gear Box Assembly!!! So per Acton Toyota, parking my Camry on row parking with 40 other cars, only my 2023 Camry's Steering Gear Box Assembly became the preferred diet for mice among 40 or so cars. And, by the way, the mice also misaligned my wheels in the process of chewing the steering gear box assemble! Only in ACTON TOYOTA OF LITTLETON stealership and NOT dealership is that possible under the moon. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!! BTW, this would typically require only reprogramming to fix per various posts, not $3,862.74 per Littleton. Acton Toyota intentionally and fraudulently created a problem when none existed by stripping insulation on steering gear box wiring, and then lifted vehicle for me to see how a mouse picked my vehicle out of 40 in the parking lot. Interestingly enough, they thought they needed to show me this so-called mouse bite or chew. I guess the Acton Toyota "mouse" had to climb so far up to chew insulation when it could easily chew the tires. Business must be real slow that a dealership can stoop so low in an effort to defraud their customers. More

Gage and his supervisor (John) did an incredible job working through a mystery of why my fuel tank said I was out of gas when it wasn't. This mystery had baffled me for over a year! i had a 30K mileage service and they asked to do air filter change and 3 more additional service. I asked some other time. I used to use the blower every single day before the service and the moment i l filter change and 3 more additional service. I asked some other time. I used to use the blower every single day before the service and the moment i left the dealership around 5 PM and run the fan it started churning sound. I never had this issue . I am pretty sure the technician made this happen deliberately to do the service immediate because without blower car is not operational due to fuggy window etc. I called the service person and called gentral service line no body responded.
