I am 22 years old and have a huge passion for cars. Ever since I was a little kid, cars have been a big part of my life! My mom can tell you stories of me being in a car seat and saying the names of all the cars as they drove by. Currently, I drive a Mustang, a Jeep, and very soon a Subaru will join my driveway, which I am very excited about! I have been with Subaru of Gwinnett for 4 years now. I originally started out in our service department as a porter, where I learned to love the Subaru brand. After a year of learning the product and talking with our customers, I knew this was my home and I pursued the opportunity to move into sales. I wake up every day excited to get to work and share the Subaru experience with new customers!

Good job with oil change, very bad with tires Oil change was just fine, quick and polite. No problem with that. The original tires on my Forrester Subaru are the worst tires I have every driven (I have been driving 35 years in many different conditions!). They pick up all the nails and also lose pressure for no reason. I have to air them up every 2 weeks or so. The service person and the sales person said "I'm sorry, call the 800 number" and that is it! Subaru has now changed the tires for the 2019 model, but is taking no corrective action for those of us that got stuck with very bad tires that cause lots of headaches. Even under warranty, they did not care. I like the vehicle, but not how they have responded to the crappy tires they chose. More

We got a great price on new Subaru but had to work for it! PROS: We had looked at a car at Subaru of Gwinnett and their offered price really wasn't competitive. When we said we would do our research, the sale PROS: We had looked at a car at Subaru of Gwinnett and their offered price really wasn't competitive. When we said we would do our research, the salesman offered to match other dealers' prices. He honored that, too! Another dealer offered a big, specific end-of-month discount off MSRP for any Outback on the lot. We took that offer back to Gwinnett and they matched it. The process was smooth. We got what we wanted at an excellent price. CONS: 1) There was a bit of the typical sales hyperbole. The sales rep assured me they were losing money on this car. I doubt that. If they really were losing money, they did not have to sell it (and would not have). 2) They pad the price in other ways: their stated dealer's fee ($699) was higher than any other dealership in the area (lowest was $499), and they charged $132 to process title and tags when other dealers somehow manage to do it for $47. If you don't get a good discount on MSRP, negotiate on these. 3) The finance guy really wanted to sell us the Subaru extended warranty, and every time I failed to accept he would put forward a better offer. His final offer really *was* better than anything I've seen described nationally on subaruoutback.com, but if you want the warranty be sure to push on this, too! BOTTOM LINE: You can get a Subaru at a very good price from Subaru of Gwinnett, but to do so you must be willing to do your research, and you may need to negotiate and hold firm when necessary. More

I wanted to see my options, but was under pressure to " I went there because I'd had a great experience in 2012, and needed a new car after my wreck. I wanted to see my options, but was under pressure to "buy now," "last day of the month (9/29), great deals!" blah blah blah. I bought what I could almost afford, but now feel victim of the old bait and switch. The car I thought I was going to get was "already sold," so I took their replacement. It took 10 days for delivery, they just had to tint the windows, and the car isn't what was promised. I was told my Forester would have roof rails and the cross bars, but then it didn't have the cross bars. Okay, I was told it would have the privacy hatch cover in back, but it doesn't have that. Their are two holes behind each rear tire where it looks like the mud flaps were removed, and the quarter panels move because they aren't screwed down. My calls to the dealer go unreturned, I can't seem to speak with anyone because they are always "busy." Starting to get pissed... More
