I am 22 years old and have a huge passion for cars. Ever since I was a little kid, cars have been a big part of my life! My mom can tell you stories of me being in a car seat and saying the names of all the cars as they drove by. Currently, I drive a Mustang, a Jeep, and very soon a Subaru will join my driveway, which I am very excited about! I have been with Subaru of Gwinnett for 4 years now. I originally started out in our service department as a porter, where I learned to love the Subaru brand. After a year of learning the product and talking with our customers, I knew this was my home and I pursued the opportunity to move into sales. I wake up every day excited to get to work and share the Subaru experience with new customers!

The buying process was no pressure absolutley willing to let us test drive 50 different cars if that is what made me certain of my choice. We came from low, to high, to mid... and finally settled on the best of both world's the new 2018 crosstrek with eyesight. Its smooth and wonderful and goes anywhere I will ever need with all the safety features I really needed my new car to have. We just recently took it back in for its 6k check up and the team always goes so far above and beyond. There is no doubt that id reccomend them to all my friends, family and coworkers! More

Alyssa was awesome! We made an appointment including time , not just a day. When an upgrade extended the time we would have to wait, Alyssa offered us a loaner car and we We made an appointment including time , not just a day. When an upgrade extended the time we would have to wait, Alyssa offered us a loaner car and we were able to take a walk in a nearby park to help pass the time! She answered our questions and made sure the technicians checked out our issues with GPS. This was easily the best service experience we’ve ever had at a dealership. Not only was Alyssa good at her job, she made us feel very comfortable. Also had a chance to chat with Adam (our sales rep) who we also appreciate. So far, Gwinnett Subaru gets an A+ from Bill and Leanne! More
