I used to go to the Subaru dealer in Libertyville. Being that I live in gurnee, and had enough terrible experiences there, I wanted to try a new location. Every visit is a revenue and profit opportunity for the service department. Promised senior discount did not appear on the bill. $1200 of routine maintenance wasn’t sufficient. $1000 additional for a whee service department.
