My experience working with Honda of Columbia has been an overwhelmingly positive one. Starting with the initial sales call, test drive and negotiation with Sales Associate Kerri Labelle, to working with the overwhelmingly positive one. Starting with the initial sales call, test drive and negotiation with Sales Associate Kerri Labelle, to working with the Sales Manager Adam Bliss, and wrapping up the financing & documentation with Finance Manager James Robinson. Every single individual exemplified excellent customer service, patience, transparency and professionalism in attending all my questions and needs that made me feel respected and comfortable to work with throughout the whole process. They went above & beyond to feel like my business was valued and shaping a lasting relationship with the them beyond the initial sales deal. Second vehicle purchase we've made at this dealership. We had all maintenance on our previous vehicle, a 2016 Honda Pilot, done at the dealership also.
