Knew exactly what to find me I came in and was greeted by Adam Burtner, he put me at ease then took me inside. once there he sat me and asked me what I was looking. I gave him the info and next thing he went outside and pulled up the right vehicle for me.. after a brief test drive, I was sold. he walked me thru the rest of the process and it went smoothly. I liked the fact he was military as well. thanks for your service!! I had a couple of small issues afterwards but I didn't get passed around, Adam took care of everything for me. More

First car purchase from dealer in over 2 decades. Much more Went in for test of vehicle being brought from another location by Adam. While we were waiting for his arrival I asked to look at Terrains because we Went in for test of vehicle being brought from another location by Adam. While we were waiting for his arrival I asked to look at Terrains because we had driven an Acadia. We both liked the vehicle but my wife thought it was too large for her. Shawn showed us several from 2016 - 2019 as well as vehicles similar to the one we went in to test drive. When Adam arrived he went with us on test drives for both vehicles. He sent us home with the 2018 gently used terrain for weekend test drive. We went back on Monday without the vehicle and started the paperwork. Adam made it go as well as could be expected.. He was very helpful; courteoua, knowelagable and friendly. More
