Recently, I purchased a 2022 Jeep Wrangler and will be my last purchase from Jim Glover!! I had questions about my purchase agreement and reached out to my salesman, Casey Mathers (2 voicemails/email) and h last purchase from Jim Glover!! If you want to cancel GAP and extended warranty they make it so difficult to get your money back. I live an hour and a half away, went to dealership, and front desk lady said I had to do it online. I couldn’ it so difficult to get your money back. I live an hour and a half away, went to dealership, and front desk lady said I had to do it online. I couldn’t do it in person. Then I call someone in finance and they say print a form off and take to dealership which means another wasted trip. Very frustrated! At another dealership I saw the finance person and he put it in motion for me. Had a check in ten days! This is bad business! More

Took my 2021 ram in for exhaust leak they said it was fixed after replacing the passenger side manifold. Then returned the truck to me and it still was leaking nothing said but it was fixed. I was looking for a Jeep Wrangler 4xe and given the state of the new car market and inventory shortages I was surprised to see the amount of inventory they actually have. In fact none of the other lo state of the new car market and inventory shortages I was surprised to see the amount of inventory they actually have. In fact none of the other local dealerships even had any on the lot. Jim Glover had 3 to choose from and luckily that had my first choice of color. I called first to make sure they actually still had what I was looking for in stock, The sales agent Humberto answered my call and made sure it was still available so I made my way to the dealership. When I arrived he met me at the front and introduced himself. I let him know what I was there for that this was my first time to look at these in person and wanted to test drive. He took me on a test drive, and answered any questions that I had. I appreciated the fact that he didn’t bombard me with questions about when I would like to take this home or how are you financing etc. like a lot of the pushy salesman tend to do. After we returned to the lot he answered all the questions that I had never once tried to push anything on me. I left to process my thoughts on the Jeep and talk it over with the wife. Later that evening I contacted Humberto to see what the next step would be and he sent me a link to fill out a credit app, I told him I would return the following day to discuss trade-In and numbers. To be brief and not get into details this was the smoothest experience I have ever had dealing with a car dealership. Not pushy at all, did not try beat me down on my trade in (my request was fair and in line with kbb and Carmax offers on my specific truck). Numbers were great so no headaches there. Honestly the thing that took the longest was charging up the Jeep for final delivery! My wife and I have purchased many cars over the years and this by far was the smoothest ever.
