My husband was in a pretty awful car accident. We met Adam, and knowing all we had been through, he went above and beyond (all though reading through various reviews, I think it's just the type of great guy he is) to make our car buying experience as easy & effortless as possible. He is a wealth of knowledge. He not only knows so much about the product he is selling, but of every aspect of the car buying experience. From getting us set up with Roy, (the phenomenal finance manager) to working with the service team to make sure the car was in mint condition for us, to dealing with all questions and concerns I had about the process of dealing with our insurance (since I had never dealt with a car being totaled before and didn't really know how the whole process of getting the new car would go). He walked us through every step and never made us feel pressured or rushed. In fact, he made us laugh a lot & put us at ease during what was a stressful time. The whole team has been extremely pleasant, which was greatly appreciated by my family and I during tough times. About two months after the purchase of my first car, I was hit by another driver, and my car was deemed totaled. My first instinct was to call Cody, and he helped me through that whole torturous process with no problems, never once making me feel as though the situation was too much of a hassle for him to deal with. Mr. Cody went above and beyond to help me find the (second) car that was right for me, and didn't cease until we found it. Even during the months that have followed my purchase, he has been kind enough to answer all of the questions I had, no matter how confusing and ridiculous they may have been.
