Right off the bat we realized that he was on our side, and we weren't being bombarded to buy a car. We test drove a CX-5 and didn't want to settle on our first car. We visited four other different dealerships for small SUV's and not only did we settle on the CX-5 for the ride itself, but it was because of Adam. Every other salesmen we dealt with basically told us that their car is the best thing in the world and you HAVE to buy it, that they were going to throw in all of these deals if you purchased it the day we looked at them which was garbage. Adam treated us like his friends. Obviously buying a car is a big deal and he didn't make us feel pressured AT ALL. Adam made our purchase extremely smooth and helped us out quite a bit. I can't say it enough how happy I am that we went through this experience with Adam. We are super happy and will definitely recommend him to all of our friends looking for Mazda's. The shop made our CX-5 sparkle when we picked it up. A great car buying experience period. More

I walked in and Adam Dean showed me exactly what I was looking for. After a fun test drive on the back roads of Newtown, I was sold on the car. I made a fair offer and Adam went to his boss Dave and he accepted. I drive all over Fairfield County and I never have been stuck in the snow. Adam still texts me every now and then to see how I am and how the car is. Jeremy is the only guy I have ever let service my car and he knows his stuff. I've sent many of my friends to Adam and Colonial Mazda in the past 3 years and they all agree that he really does care about his customers. More

We have 4 people and 4 cars to worry about & it gets expensive to buy & insure. Mr. Dean and Mr. Adams worked with us on a very sweet deal-even better than 3 years ago! Most of the negotiations were done over the phone and via email which makes it super easy. Adam stayed until 9 pm to meet us. He is professional, easy & fun to work with! By the way, the new Mazda 3 is amazing! More luxurious, sporty-rear camera, cruise, blue tooth...so happy! More

Great experience. I was on my way to buy a Honda CR-V and stopped into Mazda, at my husband's request, to 'check out the CX-5. I'm glad I did! Adam greeted me at the door and was super friendly and helpful. He led me through all of the benefits of the car and was knowledgeable enough to point out the differences to the Honda. He urged me to take it for a test drive and its what sold me on the vehicle. It was a great ride and felt like a car rather than a noisy SUV. I loved the features of the car and we easily worked out a deal on a model that they had in stock. Negotiations were painless and I never felt like I was being lied to or taken advantage of. Taking delivery of the vehicle was smooth as well, Adam was ready for us and made it go quickly which was super important to us since we had our three young kids with us. (Definitely not like the hours I've spent in other dealerships waiting and waiting for a car they knew we were coming for.) Everything was as expected and Adam followed through on all that we had agreed to. The typical questions to 'add - on' warranties and service plans were gone through with the finance guy, we signed and we were on our way. A month later and I am so happy with my purchase. Adam is knowledgeable and respectful and actually makes the car buying process fun and easy. I had a great experience and highly recommend working with him. More

He can make the impossible possible, I wanted a white Mazda CX-5 and the dealership only had baby blue but Adam didn't stop he put on his sunglasses and went on a hunt and ended up finding the car in white that the sister dealership dropped off that night!! Adam makes everything happen, I'm very happy with everything and the whole process! Adam and his boss were very nice and friendly to us! And the bonus was when I picked up my car and he had it sitting pretty with a pink bow! More
