The finance manager is an absolute snake and terrible human being. Made clear with my Salesman I was paying cash for a certified pre-owned Sierra that was basically new with 8,000 miles. Agreed to a price based on cash sale, which was known with the salesman. He went inside to confirm the price with his manager. Came back out and said we were good. After completing all the paperwork the finance manager tried to increase the price by thousands of dollars. He forced me to finance a portion of the vehicle to keep the price. Bait and switch, terrible human beings. These people further the sleezy car salesman perception. Adam my salesguy was OK but guilty by association in my mind. I initially had many good experiences with the service department until recently. They are the only ones I've ever had service the truck, now 2 years old with 55,000 miles. at 40,000 it started burning oil excessively. Currently burning almost a quart every 2,000 miles based on an oil consumption test they did. They won't warranty the problem since it's "just under" a quart and needs to be at a quart to be covered. I get that's a GMC problem, and not the dealerships problem its burning oil, but I feel like they could try to make a case for me with GM. I should not be adding almost 3 quarts of oil during a 6,000 mile oil change interval on a nearly brand new vehicle. More
