I had to purchase online as my present car died and I was not able to get to dealerships in my State. After a few weeks of searching, I found the car I wanted in New Jersey. This was my first online car pur not able to get to dealerships in my State. After a few weeks of searching, I found the car I wanted in New Jersey. This was my first online car purchase and possibly my last. After several attempts at messaging them thru the online service I was using and getting no response, I called them. The staff, when you could finally reach someone, was very friendly and helpful. Unless I was able to "corner" someone on the phone, most of my emails and messaging went unanswered. They were lax about getting paperwork, loans, and agreements drawn up and sent to me. They were not up front about flaws of the car until all was done. I had to push every inch of the way to purchase this vehicle Nice people, but not easy to work with long distance. Sadly, all the stress and frustration took a lot of fun out of buying and finally receiving my vehicle. Even getting delivery on it was delayed. I can say, that the car finally arrived very clean and tidy. As a result of all this ordeal it took about 5 WEEKS to make this purchase. My daughter who lives a distance from me walked into a dealership and came out with her vehicle within 5 or so HOURS. The saddest part of this purchase is that the person selling me the car was running the dealership. More
