Most of the deal was done via e-mail and Adam was always quick to respond to all my questions and made sure in the end I received the best deal possible. You just don't get this type of customer service these days. Adam and his family make sure his dealership is professional and friendly which makes you feel part of the family. I recently purchased a used pre-certified Silverado from Elkins . I walked in at 9 am just as dealership opened and was greeted by Jeff Schor , a salesman. I was searching for a truck and have been to all the dealers in a 50 mile radius and Jeff was the easiest guy to talk to in all my experiences .
