Jeff Gordy is well-qualified person and took good care, i love 2016 Chevy Cruze Ltd and got good deal on the presidents day. Closed the deal with Adam Elkins with the price in my mind and it was real quick. Even though the day was busy and it was nearing to closing time, Bob Borman stayed after the closing work hours and completed all the formalities of the deal. Purchasing a vehicle has never been a difficult thing for me, either before I entered the business, nor since I left it some years ago.. In fact, I've always found puchasing/leasing a new vehicle to be a very easy and pleasurable undertaking. I wish to congratulate the entire staff that I met during my recent experience at Elkins Chevrolet. Hats off to Adam Elkins for being the consummate professional during the entire sales process and also to my salesperson Tony Dillard for all of his help during the transaction. Even the operators/receptionists were supremely friendly and handled any phone contact in a professional manner. 'Deb', in particular, comes to mind. From my initial greeting by Tony 'D.', my interaction while negotiating a great deal with Mr. Elkins, the preparation of my new vehicle for its delivery to me, and the actual delivery itself, all were as enjoyable as can be. Todd went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable and if i needed something to drink or other amenities. Even though he knew I was not ready to buy, he quickly got my car appraised by Adam and made sure I knew all about the car/cars i had questions about. He made sure I was taken care of and I was assured that I would be taken care of for the life of my car. This was definitely one of the best experiences I had at a dealership.I would absolutely come back to this Chevy dealer as soon as I was ready to buy thanks to the great service I got. More
