This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. They have great pricing and are clearly out to gain customers for life. At no time did I ever feel like a number as they made my family feel special They have great pricing and are clearly out to gain customers for life. Do your research and then call Dallas Audi, they "get it" and I think you'll see what I mean when you get there! More

My question is when will I get the title for the auto I bought from Audi Dallas on Dec 21, 2020. It's been 15 months, the car is unusable because we have no title. We have been promised a resolution to the bought from Audi Dallas on Dec 21, 2020. It's been 15 months, the car is unusable because we have no title. We have been promised a resolution to the problem and all we get is more talk. After 15 months I have lost my patience and my lawyer is now involved. I am in total disbelief that a supposedly reputable Dealer such as Audi Dallas can be engaging in such activity. More

From our first online contact with Adam Figureroa to our excellent salesperson, Jaramy LaLonde, to Alli Gantt in finance - we could not have had a better experience. We had searched all over for a 2022 Q7. From the time ours arrived in port until it reached the dealership, we were contacted almost daily. Jaramy treated us as if we were her only customers. Although we live out of state, she & Alli have gone over & above to be sure everything was & is going well. Christian Stovall also spent a long time on the phone helping us with Audi Connect. The best customer service we have EVER received. We know why they are rated 1st in their region & 4th in the US! More

To summarize, Adam the pre owned Director has been great. We started the journey together over a year ago when I ordered my 2022 A6 Allroad. He has kept in touch with me throughout the process from building of the car, to shipping, port delivery and finally dealership delivery. He is a man of his words. He honored what we agreed to over a year ago, despite all the chaos and uncertainty from the pandemic. This, I truly appreciate. I plan to take delivery on Feb 18th and what can I say? Mr Figueroa is a great ambassador for Audi, a true professional, a man I will describe as a Legend. I definitely will buy from him again, and so should you. He is a great leader that will roll up his sleeves to go to work for you. Thank you Adam. You rock!! More

Six weeks after I purchased a car from them. I contracted the DMV to get a status on the car title and permanent license plates since I only had 2 weeks left on the temporary plates. I was informed that Aud the DMV to get a status on the car title and permanent license plates since I only had 2 weeks left on the temporary plates. I was informed that Audi Dallas hadn't filed the paperwork for the plates or title. I reached out to Adam Figueroa who is the pre-owned director at Audi Dallas. He told me that they did not have the title but were working on getting it and if need be they would get me a new temporary plate. I was okay with this, but little did I know this is where my real frustration would begin. When I didn't hear back from Adam (current plates now expire in 2 days) I email him, his reply was " My expectation is that I should have the plate in the next 24hrs to send to you. The state no longer allows us to print tags here at the dealership". After 24 hrs I called Adam to ask him to send me the tracking number and to send them for 10:30 delivery since the current plates would expire the day before. When I inquired why they delayed filing for the 30 extension He told me that they couldn't file earlier because it would cancel the current temporary plate. The following day (plates expire at midnight), I reach out again to Adam requesting the tracking number. He sends the tracking number but when I run a trace get this message "This is not a valid tracking number the sender canceled the shipment". I reach to Adam for a third time asking for a valid tracking number and to remind him that it needs to be sent for 10:30 delivery. He sends me a PDF copy of the receipt for the plates with a new tracking number but refuses to send for it 10:30 delivery. When I explain the obvious that I won't be able to drive the car until I get the new plates His reply is " You can print the pdf out and show it to any officer if you get pulled over and explain the situation. I simply told you that you would have a plate by the next day. It really should not be that big a deal". After this this comment I thought this guy has no concept of customer service and does not care what I go through because of Audi Dallas actions. If I'm going, get any kind concern for the situation they have put me in, I need to go above him. This was the best decision I could of made!!! I reached out to the CEO of Forbes, Todd Automotive who owns Audi Dallas. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Audi Dallas asking if I would be home for the next hour that they would like to hand deliver the new temporary plates me. Bottom line if you do have an issue with Audio Dallas I would suggest dealing with someone other than Adam Figueroa This was my second dealing with Adam below was my first I sold my Toyota Highlander to Audi Dallas on June 18th for $27,000.00. I had a loan on the car with Wells Fargo that had a balance of $10,207.67 Per Adam (sales manager) Wells Fargo cashed their check on July 2, 20201. Wells Fargo has closed the account. This left a balance of $16,792.33. That same day I purchased a used Lincoln MKT from them for 11,671.00. this left a balance of 4,805.19 owed to me. When I signed the paperwork with Allie Gantt she told me that I would receive a check within 2-3 weeks. I have called Naushad the last two days asking when I can pick up the check. Today I got a call from Adam stating that they will not pay me until they receive the title to Highlander. Let me first start by staying that they have sold the Highlander. Second Wells Fargo will no longer give me any information on title because they paid off the car so they could drag this on for as long as they want. Third getting the money owed to me has nothing to do with them having the title, that is between Audi Dallas and Wells Fargo. I originally posted the above review on google and yelp, within 5 hours of posting it Adam (sales manager) contacted me. He said if you take down the reviews, I'll get you a check. I agreed, picked up the check and deleted the reviews until I had title issues 3 More
