Efficient I was from out of town. I already knew from the online inventory which I wanted to see. They all had the same options so I only needed to drive one o I was from out of town. From the outset, I told Adam I had very limited allotted time to be at the dealership. Once I made the decision the rest of the transaction was very fast. However, when I needed to slow down and ask questions, Adam was more than happy to answer all of them. They were not hurrying me, I was hurrying them. Everything worked out as planned and I'm very happy with the experience. There were closer Audi dealerships, but Audi Dallas had a much larger selection of pre owned vehicles, so I drove there.
