What a fantastic experience buying a used Audi at Audi Dallas. Jeff and team did a great job on a rainy night and had it ready to go the next day when I wanted to picked it up. Alli in the finance office did fantastic work as well. She got me a great rate and made the signing process stress free. There was never any pressure from anyone at Audi Dallas, no sales tactics, no trying to talk me into anything, just education and explanation and all decisions were up to me and respected. Super impressed and the famous local celebs on the TV ads aren't just saying those things, it's all true and I can't imagine anything they would have done to treat me better.
