Representative I had a very good experience during the purchase/trade of my old Audi A4 2011 for a new 2017. I waited about 2 years to buy the Audi I wanted and the I had a very good experience during the purchase/trade of my old Audi A4 2011 for a new 2017. I waited about 2 years to buy the Audi I wanted and the sales manger at Bell Audi suggested just to wait for the right moment and I am glad I did becouse it paid up. Mr. Figueroa was always courteous and patient with all my questions either I n person or by email and he was prompt to provide excellent advise. More

Efficient I was from out of town. I already knew from the online inventory which I wanted to see. They all had the same options so I only needed to drive one o I was from out of town. I already knew from the online inventory which I wanted to see. They all had the same options so I only needed to drive one of them. From the outset, I told Adam I had very limited allotted time to be at the dealership. Once I made the decision the rest of the transaction was very fast. However, when I needed to slow down and ask questions, Adam was more than happy to answer all of them. They were not hurrying me, I was hurrying them. Everything worked out as planned and I'm very happy with the experience. There were closer Audi dealerships, but Audi Dallas had a much larger selection of pre owned vehicles, so I drove there. Thank you. More
