Buyer beware BUYER BEWARE!!!! purchased a 2012 Benz s550 from Audi of Dallas in June 2018 - I drove the vehicle for less than 5 months and put roughly 4K miles on BUYER BEWARE!!!! purchased a 2012 Benz s550 from Audi of Dallas in June 2018 - I drove the vehicle for less than 5 months and put roughly 4K miles on it(original mileage was around 25k). Check engine light came on at 28k mileage, drove the vehicle to my local Benz dealership and got the shock of my life. Vehicle needed $14,000.00 in repairs - emailed a Manager at Audi of Dallas to complain. He emailed me back claiming to be in shock and requested I send him the repair quote from Benz. He also suggested I get a second opinion. I got a second opinion - which verified the repair quote from Benz of Plano. I also forwarded him the repair quote. Bottom line, they decided to give me the runaround. My only recourse now is to inform the unsuspecting customers of Audi of Dallas. Please do your due diligence when dealing with Audi of Dallas - have vehicle inspected by a trained technician before purchasing it from this dealer. They may appear to be beyond reproach - don’t be fooled. They are no different from the seedy dealerships you may stumble upon in rundown areas of DFW. They lack honor and integrity( based on my experience dealing with them) They have no issue cheating you out of your hard earned money. BUYER BEWARE!!!! More

Their Word Means Nothing Audi Dallas agreed to pull the bumper of a used vehicle we were looking to buy and repaint/repair before we bought the car. A few months ago paint started peeling around headlights, which is tell tale sign of not pulling bumper to paint, just doing so superficially. We asked that they redo it. Took the car in for a few service items, powder coated wheels and were told they would pull bumper and paint. 2 weeks later- this AM, they told us everything was done with the exception of a side marker that was out and awaiting a part (another thing we asked them to do while in- certainly on our dime.) but then A sales manager called to tell my husband they have not yet pulled the bumper or painted. They then said we had hit something that caused the damage. Total crap. We have had something fly up and hit the other side of the bumper, but that was after the original discussion that the bumper should be pulled and repainted on Audi and a completely different area. So, they lied about what they did before we purchased, what they would do while they had their hands on it fixing side marker and powder coating wheels AND lied about what they had completed or have yet to do. We chose to pick up our car- two weeks later, with the majority of the work not done. We would rather pay another dealership to do what should have been done right before we ever had our hands on the car. We will give someone else money to do it right, since we have little confidence in Audi Dallas. We are only as good as our word, and theirs is worthless. We are purchasing another vehicle this month- it won't be from this dealership. To add insult to injury, there is a black scratch across the passenger door on the driver's side. It was not there when we dropped it off. More

I’m hoping that now that I have my Beautiful Audi things will get better. My first experience with a Audi dealership was not good from the beginning. I put $1,000.00 down to hold the car I wanted and it was sold to someone else. I had to wait 3 months to get the car I wanted. Then, we were told there was no record of the $1000.00. Then, several options that we had been promised were not applied to my car. I guess the biggest disappointment was that the dealership could not find any of the original paperwork. We spent several hours at the dealership before I received my car. I do not hold Annabella responsible for any of these mistakes because she was not the original sales person that we dealt with, that salesperson no longer works at this dealership. I have been an Infinity owner for 14 years and LOVED their customer service. I fully expected the same level or better customer service at Audi. So far, I have been very disappointed. I will say that my Audi A5 Sportback is beyond BEAUTIFUL!!! I’m optimistic that things will improve going forward. More
