A very frustrating and disappointing experience plagued by a lack of communication, and now, no communication at all. I purchased a car at Audi Dallas that I had shipped to me in another state. When it by a lack of communication, and now, no communication at all. I purchased a car at Audi Dallas that I had shipped to me in another state. When it arrived, the front passenger tire had a gash in it that was severe enough that when I took it for a State inspection, I was told that it would not pass without replacing the tire because the "cords" in the tire were showing. I took the car to a tire shop and they told me that because the car is AWD, I would actually need to replace both front tires. I reached out to my salesperson on July 23. His initial thought was that the transport company had damaged it. I placed numerous phone calls to the shipping company and was finally able to get them to provide the photos of the car on the day that it was picked up from Audi Dallas. The photos showed that the tire had the gash in it when it was picked up. On July 29, I shared those photos with my salesperson who said that he would speak to his manager. I followed up on July 30 and August 1. On August 1, my salesperson told me that his manager was willing to "help me out" by paying for one of the tires. This was frustrating enough as Audi Dallas sold me a car that was unsafe to drive in the opinion of my State, but wanted me to know that they were doing me a favor. However, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as I have throughout this process, and expressed my appreciation that they were willing to reimburse me for one tire. I informed my sales person that I would be having the tires replaced on August 4, and he told me to send him the invoice once the work was complete. I sent the invoice on August 4. I heard nothing. On August 7, I followed up to make sure he received the invoice and he confirmed that he did. On August 12, I followed up and my salesperson called me, surprised that I hadn't heard from his manager. He said he would get me an update and that they "hadn't forgotten on me". I haven't heard anything. I followed up August 22, and haven't received a response, and now I am out of patience, which has led me to write this review. I have had to spend $1,200 of my own money to correct an issue that Audi Dallas should have never sold the car with, and they can't be bothered to communicate with me in a timely manner. More

Chris and Adam were both fantastic through the entire process. Not pushy but extremely helpful and attentive.
