Professional courtesy Every member of the Family Hyundai team gave me professional courtesy. Each member greeted me when I came in contact with them, which made me feel w Every member of the Family Hyundai team gave me professional courtesy. Each member greeted me when I came in contact with them, which made me feel welcomed and glad I chose to come into the dealership. The used car I purchased had a cigarette smoke smell in it. Adam agree to call me Monday morning the make a appointment to care for the issue. After waiting most of the day on Monday I decided to call him. (300pm) He said," I gave this to the service department and no one called you,let me check with them and I will call you back" . He never did. I called again on Tuesday 1000am. He said he was going back to the service department himself. When he came back he said Mike from the service department would be calling me back which he did within 10 minutes. The matter was care for and I picked the car up this past Friday More
