Dealing with the GM Adam was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. The sales person Jason was great. Once negotiating numbers began, Adam stepped in and basically shoved Jason aside. Michael was very patient with me when purchasing a vehicle, always showing me whichever cars i was interested it even if i wanted to drive it twice! Mike was honest and upfront with me and gave me his honest opinion with the finance decisions i made and i left knowing i made the best decisions and with a great vehicle! Infiniti Excellence This was my first visit to Infiniti Norwood. My former Infiniti dealer in my location has closed the dealership. I called for an appointment as soo This was my first visit to Infiniti Norwood. My former Infiniti dealer in my location has closed the dealership. I called for an appointment as soon as it was possible with the restrictions due to coronavirus. I was assigned a day and time. I was greeted by a service representative and escorted to the Service Area. All Staff was appropriately masked in an extremely clean work environment The Service Mgr. Gene and I discussed the service and any concerns regarding the visit. My GX50 was serviced in a timely fashion and any remaining questions answered professionally. I am happy to know Infiniti Norwood is there to fill the loss of my previous long term dealer. More
