Terrible experience at Infiniti of Norwood. Highest price on an Infinite GX50 lux addition. Infinite of Nashua gave us a better price on an autograph edition. Shop around before you go to these guys. Dealing with the GM Adam was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. The sales person Jason was great. Once negotiating numbers began, Adam stepped in and basically shoved Jason aside. The whole shopping experience went south with Adam's handling of pricing questions. Felt like I was at a used car dealership instead of an Infiniti dealership. Better and friendlier customer service at the other Infiniti dealerships in the Boston area. Your business isn't wanted here if you are looking for a decent deal. More

Michael was very patient with me when purchasing a vehicle, always showing me whichever cars i was interested it even if i wanted to drive it twice! Infinity norwood kept their promise to me saying th vehicle, always showing me whichever cars i was interested it even if i wanted to drive it twice! Infinity norwood kept their promise to me saying they would fix all exterior issues I noticed and wouldn't let me pick up the ride until everything was perfect! Even the finance manager was great! Mike was honest and upfront with me and gave me his honest opinion with the finance decisions i made and i left knowing i made the best decisions and with a great vehicle! Would recommend to anyone to buy their next vehicle at infinity or norwood! More

Professional at the purchase part of the deal with the GM but terrible customer service when I notified the GM of body damage I discovered after taking the car home. I received very condescending emails from the GM stating if I addressed him differently he would have helped me. Really?? I would beware of dealing with this dealership.... especially if you have problems after the purchase. More

Infiniti Excellence This was my first visit to Infiniti Norwood. My former Infiniti dealer in my location has closed the dealership. I called for an appointment as soo This was my first visit to Infiniti Norwood. My former Infiniti dealer in my location has closed the dealership. I called for an appointment as soon as it was possible with the restrictions due to coronavirus. I was assigned a day and time. I was greeted by a service representative and escorted to the Service Area. All Staff was appropriately masked in an extremely clean work environment The Service Mgr. Gene and I discussed the service and any concerns regarding the visit. My GX50 was serviced in a timely fashion and any remaining questions answered professionally. I am happy to know Infiniti Norwood is there to fill the loss of my previous long term dealer. More
