Best experience ever! We recently bought a certified pre-owned Infiniti from Infiniti of Norwood. The car was listed online at a fair price and looked immaculate. We worked with Michele, Adam, Adam G, pre-owned Infiniti from Infiniti of Norwood. The car was listed online at a fair price and looked immaculate. We worked with Michele, Adam, Adam G, and Mike. Michele was extremely responsive, negotiated the price without handing me off to multiple people, and coordinated a test drive. Adam brought the vehicle to us for a lengthy test drive. The car did not disappoint and Adam is the best! He thoroughly answered questions and demonstrated all of the car's features. We were not pressured to rush through the process or buy add-on services. When I asked for pricing for an extended warranty, Mike in Finance provided a better deal than we could negotiate with a third party. The bumper-to-bumper warranty on this pre-owned car is more extensive than warranties for new cars we considered. Michele was scheduled out of the office the day I was ready to purchase the car but, she coordinated with Adam Goldstein, the general manager, to close the deal. Infiniti of Norwood carries top-of-the-line vehicles, provides exceptional service, and is an incredible team. We highly recommend Infiniti of Norwood! More

Terrible experience at Infiniti of Norwood. Highest price on an Infinite GX50 lux addition. Infinite of Nashua gave us a better price on an autograph edition. Shop around before you go to these guys. Dealing with the GM Adam was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had. The sales person Jason was great. Once negotiating numbers began, Adam stepped in and basically shoved Jason aside. The whole shopping experience went south with Adam's handling of pricing questions. Felt like I was at a used car dealership instead of an Infiniti dealership. Better and friendlier customer service at the other Infiniti dealerships in the Boston area. Your business isn't wanted here if you are looking for a decent deal. More

Michael was very patient with me when purchasing a vehicle, always showing me whichever cars i was interested it even if i wanted to drive it twice! Infinity norwood kept their promise to me saying th vehicle, always showing me whichever cars i was interested it even if i wanted to drive it twice! Infinity norwood kept their promise to me saying they would fix all exterior issues I noticed and wouldn't let me pick up the ride until everything was perfect! Even the finance manager was great! Mike was honest and upfront with me and gave me his honest opinion with the finance decisions i made and i left knowing i made the best decisions and with a great vehicle! Would recommend to anyone to buy their next vehicle at infinity or norwood! More

Professional at the purchase part of the deal with the GM but terrible customer service when I notified the GM of body damage I discovered after taking the car home. I received very condescending emails from the GM stating if I addressed him differently he would have helped me. Really?? I would beware of dealing with this dealership.... especially if you have problems after the purchase. More
