I called for an appointment as soon as it was possible with the restrictions due to coronavirus. I was assigned a day and time. I was greeted by a service representative and escorted to the Service Area. All Staff was appropriately masked in an extremely clean work environment The Service Mgr. Gene and I discussed the service and any concerns regarding the visit. My GX50 was serviced in a timely fashion and any remaining questions answered professionally. I am happy to know Infiniti Norwood is there to fill the loss of my previous long term dealer. More

Experience at the dealership Victor was a wonderful sales man. He greeted us warmly when my husband and I first arrived. He listened to what I was looking for in a car. He went over all of the features of the QX60 with me and answered all of my questions. He explained things about the car on the test drive, like switching from eco to sport. Last, he helped us get what we wanted for our trade in which helped in completing the purchase. Adam, was very pleasant as well. He listened to our concerns about my trade in and was able to meet us on a price we were all agreeable to, which as I said, completed our purchase. Since my purchase Victor has also answered many more of my questions. Eric, In the finance department was just as welcoming and wonderful. He was friendly, explained the warranty and financing extremely well and was finally able to convince us to get the warranty (because he was so good at his job). When I went back in to pick up the car, he greeted me and informed me he was able to get me a lower finance rate which I really appreciated. My experience was a great one and I will be back for my next car. More
