Valeria with the opening during my initial phone call was spectacular. Excellent follow up and hand off to Leon, my sales representative, when I arrived later that afternoon. Ron, another sales person assisted with starting my appraisal for my trade in while Leon was occupied with another customer when I arrived on day 2. I bought my used car within a span of two days but only because I truly am a picky customer. Rashad, another one of the many team players this spectacular sales team has, took me on my second test drive of the same vehicle in order to seal the deal. Omar, the sales manager, was also involved every step of the way and Armando my finance guy was pleasant as well as transparent. Leon, my sales representative was so great to work with, he even helped me move all my items to may new car before I left. This guy was so patient with me throughout the process, answering all my tuff customer questions and always with a smile. Can you tell I am elated!
