When I mean the best I MEAN THE BEAST at what he does! ! If y’all ever need or looking into buying a vehicle Adam Lynch at Dan Cummins is your go to guy!!! As soon as I walked through the doors he was righ ! If y’all ever need or looking into buying a vehicle Adam Lynch at Dan Cummins is your go to guy!!! As soon as I walked through the doors he was right there to the right of me (like my right hand man) and welcomed me in not knowing my issue! As soon as I told him my problem about my vehicle messing up he said send me this send me that!!! I looked at him like please this is not your job!! I’m telling you my intentions was not to buy a vehicle I was coming in upset as to why my vehicle had all these problems! He looked over my paper work and told me the cause of why I had all these problems. He handed me over to someone else that was a little higher than him. Keep in mind not once did he pressure me into buying a vehicle or said “yeah I think you need a new car” like most car sales people would have. He knew I was a single mother of 4 so buying a vehicle was out of the option bc I was coming to pay to get my truck fixed!! With the price of my truck getting fixed he knew I wasn’t happy with that! We put our heads together and was trying to come up with the best option! Once again he did he pressure me at all. I asked him his opinion and it was not to buying a vehicle. After days of looking else where I couldn’t find any where to fix it cheaper! With no pressure from Adam about buying a car I finally said “ok I’m going to maybe look what I can get”. He said “ you sure” I said “yes”. As soon as I said “yes”he sent me like 8 pictures of different cars! We narrowed it down and picked the one! The day I purchased my vehicle I was limited of time because of work! I couldn’t leave to come check the car out. So guess what Adam did he went out of his way and brought me the car to test drive to my job! If that isn’t dedication and someone who really values their customers needs then i don’t know what to call it!! Explain everything thoroughly and made sure I understood everything about the vehicle in and out! And explained the kids safety for my kids. He was super patient with me and I know I wasn’t easy to deal with. He was very understating of my situation with me being a single mother with kids and got me what I loved and what was affordable. His main concern was something reliable for my kids. Something that wasn’t going to hurt my pockets either! Me being a manager knowing customers needs/wants Adam definitely put my needs/wants first! He was super professional and if I had to rate him out of 10 I would rate him 10000000, just because he made feel really comfortable and the team that helped him helped me they went beyond for me and my kids! Thank you Dan Cummins for hiring Adam and knowing his true intentions are to make his customers feel they got what they wanted! Adam thank forever your best hands down! More

Me and my husband bought a vehicle from Dan cummins Paris in October of last year and it has been in the shop 4 times since buying it. First it was to repair the rear differential, when we picked it up there in October of last year and it has been in the shop 4 times since buying it. First it was to repair the rear differential, when we picked it up there was grease everywhere and scratches on the car as well. Then we had to take it back for a noises in the front that we heard, come to find out it was lifters in the engine that had to be replaced. We have also been having issues with the gears shifting into place but they keep telling us nothing is wrong. Since then our car was taken back in December and been there ever since the rack and pinion is messed up now which means it's unsafe to drive. We have asked to swap and they acted like they would but for some reason we have to trade our vehicles and some how it is worth less now even though they have had it more than us since we bought it makes no since ... they for sure sale lemons and like to rip people off.. More
