While I may not always get the discounts I had envisioned, having a responsive (and patient) person get me the details I want makes me feel more at ease about spending so much money. Brett was very responsive and patient. I never felt he had something else he had to get done. In fact he even watched my kids (in the the dealership kid area) while I looked over the vehicle! I did not finance the vehicle I bought, but Adam had to do the paperwork anyways. Even as my 5 year old continuously picked apart his office, Adam was polite, calm and listened to my stories he probably didn't want to hear. Got me in and out and explained every paper I was signing. Thank you to those 2 gentleman. The vehicle was exactly what was advertised, with little to no sales pressure. Then the customer care while I decided was everything I had needed when making a stressful, large purchase. More

Everything went really really smoothly. I had 2 trade ins and I was frankly shocked at how much they were willing to give me for the 2 vehicles. Much more than I expected. They have the vehicle ready for you to test drive washed and at the front curb when you get there. Test drive is smooth. I live in Illinois and was worried about having to pay state taxes in 2 states. Come to find out, Missouri doesn't tax vehicles and I would only have to pay Illinois sales tax. Then it's off to the financial office to work with Adam Miller, one of the kindest most patient people I have ever come across. It was a Saturday and the banks kept jerking him around for about 2 hours on the loan process. We signed an initial contract and he worked that week to get us the best loan he could possibly find. It took our APR from 6.99% to 4.99%!! The warranties they have available are fantastic and the prices are great too! Looked up the warranty company they work with and it is rated A+ by the BBB. As far as the dealership itself. It is very clean and organized.Sparkling clean bathrooms. They have refreshments including popcorn, Icees and Starbucks coffee. I highly recommend everything about this dealership. More

After meeting with My salesmen, Josh, I was taken back my the friendliness & knowledge he possessed (a trait often lost in dealerships these days.) I told them that I would be back after I looked at the other vehicle at the other dealership, which did not compare in the slightest. Russ (sales manager) was very friendly & even showed me around the dealership. I felt extremely comfortable as soon as I entered, all the way up until I drove off in my new car. More
