From the moment I walked in the store, I was treated like a long, lost friend. I was invited in because my lease was coming due in 3 months. Because of some very timely BMW incentives, along with Adam Moon and Fred Palmer (Managers) having someone that was looking exactly for my old 2010 BMW, they got me out of my lease early and into a new, vehicle (with more equipment), keeping my lease payment within a couple of dollars of the previous lease. The next day, after giving me the deal of a lifetime, they turned me over to John Caruso to deliver my new car. John was also very helpful and very knowledgeable. My last five cars have been from Ganley BMW I have always had an outstanding experience. I can't say enough about the Ganley BMW team. More
