Our sales person Jimmy was amazing! He made the process easy and simple. He gave us time to talk it over and there was no pressure. Something my husband and I dread when we car shop is He made the process easy and simple. He gave us time to talk it over and there was no pressure. Something my husband and I dread when we car shop is the pressuring to make a sale. It was very nice to take our time, test drive the vehicle and have everything by explained to us. The paper singing was amazing!! No upselling and quick sign these docs and move forward. I am thankful for this dealership! Only day two but, will give more feedback when I have more time. Thank you to BMW Westlake for the easy, smooth, friendly process. Will recommend anyone that is looking for a BMW to come to this dealership. More

The entire staff at BMW was friendly, attentive, and very professional in every aspect.
